Nope. As long as we have access to the yard, you don't need to be there. Most of our 300+ regular customers are at work when we show up — we get in, do the job right, and leave the property clean.

Pricing depends on yard size, how often we're servicing, and any extras you want included. We give you a flat per-visit rate up front so you always know what you're paying — no surprise fees, no nickel-and-diming.
